Very thorough and quick to respond. In particular, Rachel responded within an hour of my reaching out and was there the same day to investigate the issue. She also followed upVia phone to assure me all was ok. Highly recommend Modern Exterior and in particular Rachel. In todays society, customer service in general in severely lacking let alone same day response. Truly appreciated.

Being a roofer myself, when these guys did my mom's house, I was there on site watching. It didn't take long to see that the quality of install was awsome! My mother was very pleased with the way she was treated and the great job they did on clean-up.

They finished the roof in one day for the least amount of inconvenience & were very competitive in pricing. Joe was great to work with. He is pleasant and friendly and works hard to get it done right. Got rid of our squeaky roof turbine and replaced it with several low maintenance vents.

Very pleased with the company. Fought hard with my insurance company to replace my roof due to hail damage.
