We also install EDCO steel siding, ProVia, Kolbe, Pella, DaVinci, and CeDUR — those we install but EDCO and the window/synthetic-slate manufacturers don't offer contractor certifications, so we don't claim any.

What's Modex's workmanship warranty?

Lifetime workmanship warranty on every residential install — current owner, not transferable. If it's an installation defect at year 12, the same crew that nailed it is the crew that comes back to fix it. Manufacturer product warranties run separately (25 to 50 years depending on product). Commercial installs carry a 10-year Modex workmanship warranty plus the manufacturer system warranty.
