“Exterior backdoor frame broken. I searched for contractors, and there are many, but in parallel I was buying the door I wanted. That is where I met Brandon who told me that I should not send him the money for the door until I have it. Immediately I thought, integrity. He mentioned he worked for Modern Exterior so I asked them to come over and quote the broken backdoor and a tuck under shed.The work on the backdoor was amazing! I am excited to see how my tuck under will look as it is the same crew. Integrity, quality of work, professional.”

“Joe's crew were doing a roof in my elderly father's neighborhood when I asked Joe to come over and look at my father's roof. He grabbed a ladder and began his inspection. He said the shingles were in bad shape from the hail damage ten years prior that my Dad's insurer said were fine and not going to be covered. Many of the other neighbors got new roofs when that storm went thru and my feelings towards that very large insurer towards older customers is not good. I had been cleaning the gutters a few weeks prior and felt the shingles were failing which Joe verified. He said they might last a few more years but were gambling and water damage from failed shingles would cost much more. Joe was very knowledgeable and patient in his explanation. I asked Joe if he could give my father a veterans discount as he was paying out of pocket and Joe gave him a very good rate. Joe's crew showed up and completed the project in one day despite having to replace a few boards. The roof looked very nice when finished and the old noisy roof vent fans were replaced with multiple low profile silent vents. Very happy father and son after wards.”
