Localized failures — seam splits, flashing gaps, drain failures, hail or wind damage — get patched and re-sealed. Per-incident repair runs $500 to $15,000 depending on scope. Lowest-cost lane. Best for buildings 2 to 15 years into a mostly-intact membrane where the problem is local, not systemic.
