I walk the roof — and show you the photos
Real photos of your shingles, flashing, and vents. If there's hail or wind damage, you'll see it. If there isn't, I'll tell you that too — I'd rather lose a sale than sell you a roof you don't need.
I handle the insurance scope with your adjuster
If you've got a claim, I meet your adjuster on the roof and make sure the scope covers the full damage — flashing, vents, code upgrades. We don't waive deductibles; that's illegal in Minnesota.
You get a written, line-by-line quote
No lump-sum mystery number. A written quote you can compare against anyone else's — then I leave you alone to think about it. No same-day-close pressure.
We're based in Eden Prairie — and that's the point
After a storm, your town fills up with out-of-state trucks and door-knockers offering to "handle everything." A lot of them are gone before the first snow. I'm not. I run Modern Exterior Systems out of Eden Prairie, I'm licensed across Minnesota (#BC762305), and I'm here long after the check clears.
That matters because of the warranty. Most contractors back their workmanship for 5 or 10 years — if they're even reachable. We back ours for the lifetime of the roof. If it leaks in year 12 because of how we nailed it, we fix it on our dime. A storm chaser can't promise that, because a storm chaser won't be here.

No. It's free and there's no obligation. I'll walk your roof, take real photos, and give you a written assessment — whether that's a full replacement, a $1,500 repair, or no damage at all.
Are you local to my town?
I run Modern Exterior Systems out of Eden Prairie and I'm licensed across Minnesota (#BC762305). I'm not a storm chaser who disappears by fall — I back every install with a lifetime workmanship warranty, which only means something if your contractor is still around in five years.
Will you pressure me into signing?
No. No hard sell, no same-day-close playbook. I'll measure, write the quote, and leave. Go get two more quotes and compare — I'd rather you feel sure than rushed.
